UPDATE: Walter Energy, Inc. (WLT) Misses Q2 EPS Views

Walter Energy, Inc. (NYSE: WLT) reported Q2 EPS of $0.51, $0.34 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.85. Revenue for the quarter came in at $678 million versus the consensus estimate of $697.31 million.

The Company continues to forecast full-year 2012 met coal production between 11.5 and 13.0 MMTs, of which an estimated 75 percent to 80 percent will be HCC and the remainder will be low-vol PCI.

Hey, StreetInsider: Why are you lying about the consensus EPS?! It was $.41, not $.85, and you know that damn well. When this story was first posted you printed revenues with a THREE (3) handle, not a six, which I see you've since corrected. Why are you trying to spread lies about this company?
