UPDATE: Target Corp. (TGT) Tops Q2 EPS by 11c; Issues Strong Q3, FY12 EPS Outlook

Target Corp. (NYSE: TGT) reported Q2 EPS of $1.12, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $1.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $16.45 billion versus the consensus estimate of $16.78 billion.

Target Corp. sees Q3 2012 non-GAAP EPS of $0.83-0.93, versus the consensus of $0.76. GAAP EPS is seen at $0.69-$0.79.

Target Corp. sees FY 2012 non-GAAP EPS of $4.65-$4.85, versus the consensus of $4.31. GAAP EPS is seen at $4.20-$4.40.
