American Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: AFG) reported Q2 EPS of $0.91, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.78.

Lowered its FY12 operating EPS outlook from $3.40-$3.80 to $3.00-$3.40, which compares to the Street estimate of $3.59.
