Take-Two (TTWO) Misses Street's Q4 Views; Guides Q1, FY09 Well Below the Street

Take-Two Interactive Software (Nasdaq: TTWO) reports Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $0.02, 3 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter was $323.4 million, versus the consensus of $325.77 million.

Sees Q1 sales of $175-$225 million and a non-GAAP loss of $0.70-$0.85. The Street is currently expecting Q1 sales of $317.62 million and EPS of $0.22. For FY09, Take-Two sees sales of $1.1-$1.25 billion, versus the consensus of $1.39 billion, and non-GAAP EPS of $0.00-$0.20, versus the Street estimate of $1.26.
