Star Bulk Carriers (Nasdaq: SBLK) announced a reduced quarterly dividend from $0.18 last quarter to $0.05 per common share. The dividend is payable on or about July 14, 2009 to shareholders of record as of July 7, 2009.
The ex-dividend date is July 3.
Based on yesterday's closing price of $3.64, the dividend yields 5.49%.
