Spectranetics Corp (NASDAQ: SPNC) reported Q4 EPS of $0.03, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $36.75 million versus the consensus estimate of $35.47 million.
Sees FY2013 EPS of $0.00-$0.01, versus the consensus of $0.09. Also sees FY2013 revenue of $153-$155.5 million, versus the consensus of $152.35 million. EPS includes the impact of the Medical Device Tax which is estimated to be approximately $2.5 million for 2013. Projected net income also includes estimated non-cash amortization costs of approximately $1.6 - $2.0 million associated with the recently announced acquisition of the Quick-Access™ and Quick-Cross Capture™ devices.
