S&P Global (SPGI) Tops Q2 EPS by 8c; Boosts FY16 EPS Outlook

S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI) reported Q2 EPS of $1.44, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $1.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.48 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.43 billion.

GUIDANCE:

S&P Global sees FY2016 EPS of $5.05-$5.20, versus prior guidance of $5.00-$5.15 and the consensus of $5.15.
