Polypore International (PPO) Misses Q4 EPS by 10c; Approves 4M Common Buyback

Polypore International (NYSE: PPO) reported Q4 EPS of $0.43, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.53. Revenue for the quarter came in at $180.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $191.82 million.

The Board of Directors has authorized the Company to repurchase up to 4 million shares of common stock by December 31, 2013. The timing, price and volume of repurchases will be based on market conditions, relevant securities laws and other factors.
