Park Electrochemical Corp. Announces Termination of Distributor

MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE: PKE) announced that it terminated, effective October 31, 2009, the distributor agreement previously entered into between Park and Tapco Circuit Supply. Park is not commenting on the circumstances of such termination.
