Shares of Asian-inspired diner PF Chang's (Nasdaq: PFCB) are off 10% in pre-open trading following disappointing results and guidance.

This morning, P.F. Chang's reported Q3 EPS of $0.27, 4 cents below the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter was $290.33 million, which compares to the estimate of $295.88 million.

P.F. Chang's sees Q409 Revenue from $318 to $320 million, versus the consensus of $320.88.

P.F. Chang's increased its FY09 EPS outlook to $1.70 to $1.75, but the raised outlook is below the Wall Street consensus of $1.77.
