Mothers Work (MWRK) Reports Q4 Loss of $0.50; Comps Rose 2.8%; Cuts FY09 EPS Outlook
Mothers Work, Inc. (Nasdaq: MWRK) reports Q4 loss of $0.50, compared to a loss of $0.92 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $130.5 million, versus the consensus of $142.88 million.
Same store sales rose 2.8% during the quarter.
Sees FY09 sales of $544-$555 million. Same store sales are expected to be down 2% to flat for the year. Mothers Work also cut its EPS guidance for the year from $0.60-$1.00 to $0.20-$0.60.
