Lear Corporation (NYSE: LEA) 20% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $3.42, versus the analyst estimate of ($1.73). Revenue for the quarter was $2.2 billion, versus the consensus of $2.15 billion.

MBIA (NYSE: MBI) 9.1% LOWER; being sued by a group of 18 banks over MBIA's business split. The suit claims that the decision to split was fraudulent and left one of MBIA's units effectively insolvent.
Syneron Medical Ltd. (Nasdaq: ELOS) 9% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.23, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter was $11.9 million, versus the consensus of $14.42 million.
Bank of Ireland (NYSE: IRE) 8.4% HIGHER; slightly correcting today following an 18% drop yesterday.
