MGM MIRAGE (NYSE: MGM) 59% HIGHER; and Dubai World through subsidiary Infinity World, 50/50 joint venture partners in the CityCenter project, yesterday announced that the companies have reached an agreement on a revised joint venture agreement and also reached an agreement with CityCenter's lenders on a comprehensive plan to fully fund the completion of CityCenter for its scheduled opening later this year. The company also entered into an amendment to its senior credit facility, including a waiver through June 30, 2009, of the requirement that the Company comply with the senior credit facility's financial covenants. Skechers USA Inc. (NYSE: SKX) 28.7% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.18, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.09). Revenue for the quarter was $343.5 million, versus the consensus of $333.03 million.

O-I (NYSE: OI) 28.3% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.55, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter was $1.52 billion, versus the consensus of $1.66 billion.

Clearwater Paper Corporation (NYSE: CLW) 25% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $1.19, versus the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter was $286.7 million, versus the consensus of $315.84 million.

Pzena Investment Management (NYSE: PZN) 25% HIGHER; following a 14.4% surge yesterday on the back of Q1 earnings, the stock is continuing higher today amid a JPMorgan upgrade to Overweight.

Chart Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: GTLS) 24.2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.68, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter was $180.2 million, versus the consensus of $168.75 million. Sees FY09 EPS of $1.30-$1.60, versus the consensus of $1.28.

Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. (NYSE: SRZ) 22.2% HIGHER; yesterday announced it has entered into a twelfth amendment to its Bank Credit Facility, which eliminates all financial covenants, except a minimum liquidity covenant, through the December 2, 2009 maturity date. The stock surged more than 75% yesterday on the news.

Newell Rubbermaid Inc. (NYSE: NWL) 22.1% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.20, 12 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter was $1.2 billion, versus the consensus of $1.19 billion. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.30-$0.37, versus the consensus of $0.34 and FY09 EPS of $1.00-$1.25, versus the Street estimate of $1.00.

Expedia Inc. (Nasdaq: EXPE) 22.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.21, above the consensus of $0.15. Revenues came in at $635.7 million, versus the consensus of $588.25 million.

Diedrich Coffee (Nasdaq: DDRX) 22% HIGHER; trading higher on the back of Green Mountain earnings.

Revlon, Inc. (NYSE: REV) 22% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.25, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.23). Revenue for the quarter was $303.3 million, versus the consensus of $299.30 million.

First Solar (Nasdaq: FSLR) 19.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $1.99, versus the analyst estimate of $1.51. Revenue for the quarter was $418.2 million, versus the consensus of $403.36 million.

Forrester Research (Nasdaq: FORR) 19.2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.22, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter was $56.4 million, versus the consensus of $54.02 million.

Dow Chemical (NYSE: DOW) 18.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $0.12 per share, ex-items, versus the consensus of an $0.09 loss. Revenues came in at $9.09 billion, versus the consensus of $11.69 billion.

LoJack Corporation (Nasdaq: LOJN) 18.7% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.38 vs. consensus of $0.09 profit. Revenues were $27.8 million vs. $42.97 million consensus.

Select Comfort Corporation (Nasdaq: SCSS) 18.4% LOWER; reports Q1 LOSS of $0.06, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter was $139.6 million, versus the consensus of $127.90 million.

Amkor Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMKR) 18% HIGHER; reports Q1 loss of $0.12, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.28). Revenue for the quarter was $389 million, versus the consensus of $372.26 million.

Human Genome Sciences (Nasdaq: HGSI) 17.2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.85, versus the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter was $177.3 million, versus the consensus of $150.43 million.

Build-A-Bear Workshop Inc. (NYSE: BBW) 13.5% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.02, versus the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter was $97.3 million, versus the consensus of $113.37 million.

Integral Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISYS) 13.2% LOWER; lowers guidance, citing delays in several large government contracts, the loss or cancellation of three government programs within the past two weeks, and continued weakness in the aerospace market. The Company is now projecting full-year revenue of approximately $170 million and net earnings of approximately $0.45 per share. Previous guidance called for revenue of approximately $176 million and net earnings of approximately $1.01 per share. The consensus is $176 million and $1.01.

Ryland Group (NYSE: RYL) 12.3% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $1.76, versus the analyst estimate of ($1.02). Revenue for the quarter was $265.2 million, versus the consensus of $235.12 million.

ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq: MANT) 12.2% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.68, 1 cent lower than the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter was $449.6 million, versus the consensus of $495.20 million.

MedAssets, Inc. (Nasdaq: MDAS) 12% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.11, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter was $79 million, versus the consensus of $77.33 million.

Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) 11.5% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.24, 4 cents lower than the analyst estimate of ($0.20). Revenue for the quarter was $1.295 billion, versus the consensus of $1.48 billion.

JDSU (Nasdaq: JDSU) 11.5% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.03, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter was $280.6 million, versus the consensus of $284.77 million. Sees Q4 revenues $265M to $285M versus $290.5 million.
