Macerich Co. (NYSE: MAC) reported Q1 adjusted FFO of $0.76, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.68. Revenue for the quarter came in at $216.62 million versus the consensus estimate of $179.31 million.

Sees FY2012 adjusted FFO of $3.06-$3.14, versus the consensus of $3.11.
