LifeLock (LOCK) Tops Q1 EPS by 1c; Guides Q2, Updates FY16 Outlook

LifeLock (NYSE: LOCK) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.06), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter came in at $159.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $157.37 million.

GUIDANCE:

LifeLock sees Q2 2016 EPS of $0.03-$0.04, versus the consensus of $0.14. LifeLock sees Q2 2016 revenue of $162-164 million, versus the consensus of $164.0 million.

LifeLock sees FY2016 EPS of $0.73-$0.77, versus the consensus of $0.74. LifeLock sees FY2016 revenue of $662-670 million, versus the consensus of $667.8 million.
