Kraton Performance Polymers (NYSE: KRA) reported Q2 EPS of $0.38 vs. the analyst estimate of $0.79 (May not be comparable). Revenue for the quarter came in at $376 million versus the consensus estimate of $401.69 million.

(Net income included charges of approximately $2.6 million, net of tax, associated with storm related charges and restructuring and related charges that decreased our diluted earnings per share by $0.08 for the three months ended June 30, 2012. In addition, the impact of the release of our valuation allowance increased our diluted earnings per share by $0.01 and $0.17 for the three months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively)
