Host Hotels (NYSE: HST) reports Q2 FFO of $0.23, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter was $1.11 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.07 billion.
Sees FY10 FFO of $0.66 - $0.70, compared to the consensus of $0.67.
