Host Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: HST) reported Q2 FFO of $0.34, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.37 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.36 million.
Sees FY2012 FFO of $1.04-$1.09, versus the consensus of $1.06.
