Hill-Rom Holdings (HRC) Tops Q1 EPS by 1c, Raises FY EPS Guidance

Hill-Rom Holdings (NYSE: HRC) reported Q1 EPS of $0.49, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $465 million versus the consensus estimate of $453.59 million.

Hill-Rom Holdings sees Q2 2015 EPS of $0.57-$0.60, versus the consensus of $0.63.

For the second quarter of fiscal 2015, Hill-Rom expects reported revenue growth of 13 to 15 percent. This reflects:

  • low to mid-single-digit constant currency organic growth; and
  • negative currency impact of approximately 4 percen

Hill-Rom Holdings sees FY2015 EPS of $2.44-$2.50, versus prior guidance of $2.42-$2.48 and the consensus of $2.49.

Revenue: For fiscal 2015, Hill-Rom expects reported revenue growth of 11 to 12 percent compared to 11 to 13 percent previously. This reflects:

  • low single-digit constant currency organic growth; and
  • negative currency impact of approximately 4 percent compared to 1 to 2 percent previously.t.
