Hill-Rom (HRC) Misses Q3 EPS by 1c; Guides Q4, Cuts FY13 Outlook

Hill-Rom Holdings (NYSE: HRC) reported Q3 EPS of $0.56, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $406 million versus the consensus estimate of $424.09 million.

Hill-Rom Holdings sees Q4 2012 EPS of $0.53-$0.55, versus the consensus of $0.78. Hill-Rom Holdings sees Q4 2012 revenue of $413-$421 million, versus the consensus of $447.4 million.

Hill-Rom Holdings sees FY2013 EPS of $2.21-$2.23, versus prior guidance of $2.45-$2.50 and the consensus of $2.47. Hill-Rom Holdings sees FY2013 revenue of $1.615-$1.623 billion, versus the consensus of $1.67 billion.
