Herbalife (HLF) Tops Q2 EPS by 14c; Raises FY12 Guidance; Announces $1B Buyback Plan

Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) reported Q2 EPS of $1.10, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.96. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $978.97 million.

Herbalife sees FY2012 EPS of $3.88-$3.98, versus prior guidance of $3.58-$3.74 and the consensus of $3.80.

Also announced a $1 billion buyback plan.
