H.J. Heinz Co. (HNZ) Misses Q4 EPS by 1c; Guides FY12, FY13; Raises Long-Term EPS Growth Outlook

H.J. Heinz Co. (NYSE: HNZ) reported Q4 EPS of $0.71, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.72. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.89 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.87 billion.

H.J. Heinz Co. sees FY2012 EPS of $3.29-$3.39, versus consensus of $3.33.

H.J. Heinz Co. sees FY2013 EPS of $3.60-$3.70.

Raising Long-Term EPS outlook to a range of 7% to 10% from previous range of 6% to 9% on a constant currency basis
