The H. J. Heinz Company (NYSE: HNZ) reports Q4 EPS of $0.55, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter was $2.54 billion, versus the consensus of $2.56 billion.
Also raised its quarterly common stock dividend from $0.415 to $0.42. The dividend yield moves from 4.58% to 4.63%.
Sees FY10 EPS of $2.60-$2.70, which compares to the Street estimate of $2.90.
