GeoEye, Inc. (NASDAQ: GEOY) reported Q2 EPS of $0.57, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $88.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $89.45 million.

GeoEye, Inc. sees Q3 2012 revenue of $86-$93 million, versus the consensus of $91.75 million.

Given the execution of a definitive agreement to combine with DigitalGlobe, the company is suspending its full year 2012 guidance.
