GNC Holdings (GNC) Tops Q3 EPS by 1c; Comps Fall 6.9%

GNC Holdings (NYSE: GNC) reported Q3 EPS of $0.75, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.74. Revenue for the quarter came in at $656.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $666.08 million. Same store sales as measured on a product only basis decreased 6.9% in domestic company-owned stores.

The Company has reaffirmed its outlook for adjusted consolidated earnings per diluted share ("Adjusted EPS") of approximately $2.85 for the full year 2014.
