Foundation Coal Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:FCL) reports Q2 EPS of $0.67, 4 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.71 but up from the $0.10 loss reported in Q208. Revenue for the quarter was $399 million, versus the consensus of $445.17 million.
