Entertainment Properties Trust (NYSE: EPR) reports Q3 FFO of $1.20, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $1.17. Revenue for the quarter increased 22% to $75 million, compared to $61.6 million in the same quarter last year.
Affirms its previously issued FY08 FFO guidance of $4.55-$4.62, versus the Street estimate of $4.57. For FY09, the company initiated FFO guidance of $4.65-$4.95, versus the consensus of $4.92.
