Ennis, Inc. (NYSE: EBF) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15 1/2 cents a share on its common stock and has set the record date for the Annual Shareholder Meeting. The dividend is payable May 1, 2009 to shareholders of record on April 13, 2009. The Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on July 1, 2009, with a record date of May 1, 2009.
Current annual dividend yield is 6.60%.
