EnPro Industries (NYSE: NPO) today announced the acquisition of Northern Gaskets and Mouldings Limited, a distributor of sealing products and a manufacturer of gaskets located in Batley, UK. NGM will operate as part of Garlock (Great Britain) Limited. The acquisition was completed for cash. Terms were not disclosed.
EnPro Industries, Inc. engages in the design, development, manufacture, and marketing of engineered industrial products.
