DivX (DIVX) Tops Q3 EPS by 3c, Slightly Adjusts 2008 Guidance
DivX (Nasdaq: DIVX) reports Q3 EPS of $0.16, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter was $24.4 million, versus the consensus of $24.33 million.
Dan Halvorson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, said, "The fundamental earnings drivers of our business remain strong. With that said, consumer spending continues to face increasing headwinds. As a result, we are narrowing our revenue guidance, but increasing our fiscal 2008 non-GAAP earnings per share estimates to $0.58 to $0.60, even as we project lower interest income on our investments." (Consensus is $0.56)
