Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: DLR) reports Q3 FFO of $0.74, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.72. Revenue for the quarter was $163.23 million, which compares to the estimate of $161.70 million.
Revises FY09 FFO outlook to $2.88 - $2.90, versus $2.80 - $2.90 previously.
