Digi (DGII) Acquires MobiApps, Enters Market for Satellite Subscriber Communicators for ORBCOMM (ORBC) Network

ORBCOMM Inc. (Nasdaq: ORBC) announced that Digi International Inc. (NASDAQ: DGII) has entered the market for satellite Subscriber Communicators for the ORBCOMM network with its recent purchase of MobiApps Holdings Private Limited (MobiApps). MobiApps is a developer of M2M communications technology, focusing on ORBCOMM satellite, cellular and hybrid satellite/cellular solutions.
