Dave & Buster's Entertainment (NASDAQ: PLAY) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.06), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.09). Revenue for the quarter came in at $163.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $159.3 million.

Comparable store sales increased 8.7%.

Guidance for FY14:

• Comparable store sales increase of 5.5% to 6.0%.
• Adjusted EBITDA* of $156.5 million to $157.5 million.
• Pro forma effective tax rate of approximately 38%.
