CubeSmart (CUBE) Tops Q4 FFO by 2c, Offers FY12 FFO Guidance

CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE) reported Q4 FFO of $0.17, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $64 million versus the consensus estimate of $55.92 million.

CubeSmart sees FY2012 FFO of $0.67-$0.73, versus the consensus of $0.72.
