Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO) reported Q2 EPS of $0.33, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $166 million versus the consensus estimate of $161.34 million.
GUIDANCE:
Criteo sees Q3 2016 revenue of $170-174 million, versus the consensus of $175.4 million.
