CollaGenex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: CGPI) reports a Q4 loss of $0.28, 14 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $13.2 million vs. $10.46 million consensus.
For 2007, total revenues are expected to be: Revenues from Oracea, Periostat, Pandel, the Atrix products, contract revenues from the Primus products and grant revenue from the previously announced NIH grant are expected to be approximately $64 million in 2007. This figure includes an estimated $54 million in net sales of Oracea. (Consensus is $57.61 million)
Net loss allocable to common stockholders is expected to be approximately $19 million, or $0.90 per basic and diluted share, assuming a weighted average common share count of approximately 21,425,000 for 2007. (Consensus is for a loss of $0.66)
