Cloud Peak Energy (CLD) Reports In-Line Q3 EPS

Cloud Peak Energy (NYSE: CLD) reported Q3 EPS of $0.02, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $342.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $330.05 million.

During the quarter, we carried out several significant opportunistic transactions, which enhanced our export growth strategy, reduced our legacy liabilities, and further strengthened our balance sheet and financial flexibility.”
