Citi maintains a 'Hold' on 51job (Nasdaq: JOBS), raises price target from $7.50 to $10.75.

Citi analyst says, "Better than expected 1Q result, but too soon to call the bottom - JOBS delivered strong 1Q09 results vs. expectations that were nonetheless down materially YoY. Recruiting is a lagging indicator, and May is the critical month for 2Q. Accordingly, while we are encouraged by the more positive macro data coming out of China, and that JOBS has rationalized its cost basis, the shares have rallied."

51job, Inc. is a provider of integrated human resource services in China, with a focus on recruitment advertising.
