Chuy's Holdings (CHUY) Tops Q1 EPS by 5c; Lifts FY16 EPS Outlook

Chuy's Holdings (NASDAQ: CHUY) reported Q1 EPS of $0.27, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $78.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $76.94 million.

Comparable restaurant sales increased 3.2% as compared to the same period in 2015, the 23rd consecutive quarter of comparable restaurant sales growth.

GUIDANCE:

Chuy's Holdings sees FY2016 EPS of $1.03-$1.07, versus prior guidance of $1.01-$1.05 and the consensus of $1.05.
