Catchmark Timber Trust (CTT) Misses Q4 EPS by 2c, Reports Increased Dividend By 6% Vs 2015

Catchmark Timber Trust (NYSE: CTT) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.13), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter came in at $20.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $18.8 million.

"CatchMark also declared a dividend of $0.135 per share for stockholders of record on February 28, 2017, which will be payable on March 16, 2017."
