Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) reported Q4 adjusted FFO of $0.80, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.83.

Full-year 2012 FFO is expected to be $3.30 to $3.55 per diluted share, and full-year 2012 EPS is expected to be $0.95 to $1.20 per diluted share. First quarter 2012 earnings guidance is $0.77 to $0.81 per diluted share for FFO and $0.18 to $0.22 per diluted share for EPS
