CVR Energy (CVI) Misses Q3 EPS by 35c

CVR Energy (NYSE: CVI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.67, $0.35 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.41 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.3 billion.

Third quarter 2015 adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP financial measure, was $153.8 million, compared to third quarter 2014 adjusted EBITDA of $90.5 million.
