CAI International, Inc. (CAP) Misses Q2 EPS by 5c, Approves 1M Share Buyback

CAI International, Inc. (NYSE: CAP) reported Q2 EPS of $0.63, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.68. Revenue for the quarter came in at $59.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $60.39 million.

CAI’s Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program under which CAI is authorized to repurchase up to one million shares of its outstanding common stock.
