Biovail Corporation (NYSE: BVF) reports Q3 EPS of $0.32, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter was $181.1 million, versus the consensus of $164 million.
The company's Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per common share, payable on January 5, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business December 23, 2008. The ex-dividend date is December 19, 2008.
