Sees Q2 2011 EPS of $0.37-$0.41, versus the consensus of $0.40. Sees Q2 2011 revenue of $530-$545 million, versus the consensus of $527.9 million. Net revenue for fiscal 2012 is expected to increase by approximately 12 percent.
