AutoNavi Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: AMAP) reported Q4 EPS of $0.19, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $34.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $32.76 million.
AutoNavi has been authorized, but not obligated, by its board of directors to repurchase up to US$50.0 million worth of its own American depositary shares within 12 months upon receiving such authorization.
Sees FY2012 revenue of $152-$159 million, versus the consensus of $154.8 million.
