Assisted Living Concepts Inc. (NYSE: ALC) reported Q1 EPS of $0.39, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $58.41 million versus the consensus estimate of $58.64 million.
On May 2, 2011, the Board of Directors declared a post-stock split cash dividend of 10 cents per share payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 20, 2011 and will be paid on June 15, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 20111.
Yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
Also, on May 2, 2011, the Board of Directors approved a stock split of its Class A and Class B Common Stock at a ratio of 2 to 1, with a planned effective date of May 20, 2011.
