ArvinMeritor (NYSE: ARM) reports Q4 loss of $0.28 per share, ex-items, 3 cents better than the consensus of a $0.31 loss. Sales came in at $984 million, versus the consensus of $1.03 billion. Sales were up 4% from the third quarter and down from $1.5 billion last year.
