Fortress (NYSE: FIG) 19.9% HIGHER; is up over a $1 in the after-hours after positive comments were made on CNBC's Fast Money. The commentators said the stock goes up everyday 15% and they'd continue to chase Fortress. Those bullish comments ignited this after-hours rally in Fortress to levels not seen in quite awhile.

ArvinMeritor, Inc. (NYSE: ARM) 16.6% HIGHER; reports Q1 loss of $0.65, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.68). Revenue for the quarter was $1.1 billion, versus the consensus of $1.24 billion. Click here for the full report.

Sauer-Danfoss (NYSE: SHS) 14.4% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.36, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.64). Revenue for the quarter was $349.7 million, versus the consensus of $287.20 million.

Planar Systems (Nasdaq: PLNR) 14% LOWER; reports Q2 loss of $0.06, 14 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.20). Revenue for the quarter was $36.5 million, versus the consensus of $47.50 million.

Dolan Media (NYSE: DM) 11.7% HIGHER; reports Q1 cash EPS of $0.35, versus the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter was $63.9 million, versus the consensus of $59.31 million. Sees FY09 sales of $240-$252 million, versus the consensus of $236.61 million, with cash EPS of $0.70-$0.80, which compares to the Street estimate of $0.58.

Harris (NYSE: HRS) 9.6% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $1.02, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $1.00. Revenue for the quarter was $1.36 billion, versus the consensus of $1.21 billion. Harris sees FY09 EPS to be at the low end of its previous guidance range of $3.93 to $4.03 versus consensus of $3.96. Sees FY10 EPS in a range of $3.10 to $3.40 versus consensus of $3.92. Sees FY10 revenue between $4.9 billion to $5.1 billion versus consensus of $5.10 billion.

Five Star Quality Care, Inc. (NYSE: FVE) 9.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.09, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.08.

Volcano Corporation (Nasdaq: VOLC) 7.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 adj-loss of $0.10, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter was $49 million, versus the consensus of $46.87 million.

UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) 7.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 FFO of $0.37, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Sees FY09 FFO of $1.23-$1.35, versus the consensus of $1.23.

Lincoln National (NYSE: LNC) 6.7% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.66 including items, 5 cents below the analyst estimate of $0.71.

Charles River Laboratories (NYSE: CRL) 6% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.58, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.53. Revenue for the quarter was $302 million, versus the consensus of $305.23 million. Sees FY EPS between $2.30 - $2.60 vs. $2.38 consensus.

Vicor Corp. (Nasdaq: VICR) 5.5% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.06, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.10). Revenue for the quarter was $50.4 million, versus the consensus of $49.13 million. Cut 8% of jobs during the quarter.

Hill International, Inc. (NYSE: HIL) 5.3% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.11, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter was $103.9 million, versus the consensus of $97.63 million.

Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) 5.3% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.55, ex-items, 8 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter was $1.38 billion, versus the consensus of $1.47 billion. The company expects adjusted earnings per diluted share from continuing operations for the year will be in the range of $2.40 to $2.60, versus the consensus of $2.63. The company is reaffirming its free cash flow guidance in the range of $700 million to $800 million for the year.

ZymoGenetics Inc. (Nasdaq: ZGEN) 4.5% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.26, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.32 loss. Revenue for the quarter was $24.8 million, versus the consensus of $21.7 million.

Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE: AHT) 4.4% LOWER; reports Q1 adjusted FFO of $0.31 vs. the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenues were $239.7 million vs. $241.50 million.

Sonic Foundry (Nasdaq: SOFO) 4% HIGHER; reports Q2 adj-EPS of $0.01, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter was $5.4 million, versus the consensus of $4.50 million.
