Analog Devices Inc. (NYSE: ADI) 7.9% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.21, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter was $474.7 million, versus the consensus of $427.24 million. Sees Q3 EPS from continuing operations of $0.17-$0.19, with gross margin in the range of 54-55%. The Street is currently looking for Q3 EPS of $0.11.

OceanFreight (Nasdaq: OCNF) 7.7% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.13, versus the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter was $34.2 million, versus the consensus of $34.04 million.

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) 6% LOWER; after falling about 4% with one hour left in today's trading session, selling pressure has continued in the after-hours session. We are now hearing that the company is pricing an offering at $10/share.

Forest Oil Corporation (NYSE: FST) 5.6% LOWER; today announced that it has commenced a registered underwritten public offering of 12,500,000 shares of its common stock. The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,875,000 additional shares of its common stock.

Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ) 4.4% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.86, in-line the analyst estimate of $0.86. Revenue for the quarter was $27.35 billion, versus the consensus of $27.42 billion. Sees Q3 adj-EPS of $0.88-$0.90, versus the consensus of $0.89 and sales unchanged to down 2%, versus the Street estimate of $27.5 million. Sees FY09 EPS of $3.76-$3.88, versus the consensus of $3.71, and sales down 4-5%.

China Techfaith Wireless Communication Technology Ltd. (Nasdaq: CNTF) 3.6% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.05, compared to $0.02 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $48.7 million, versus $51.9 million in Q108. Sees Q2 sales of $45-$49 million.

Dycom Industries (NYSE: DY) 3.3% HIGHER; reports Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.13, 9 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter was $257.7 million, versus the consensus of $254.49 million.

3SBio (Nasdaq: SSRX) INDICATED LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.02, versus the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter was $10 million, versus the consensus of $10.14 million. Backs its FY09 sales guidance of $43-$45 million, versus the consensus of $43.84 million.
